All substantive updates will be posted below.

Update on 8.30.25:

  • Fixed Jules Martin’s affidavit referring to Andy Parr as “Vivian”. The correct name is Andy Parr.

  • Fixed Jules Martin’s affidavit referring to Langford Hospital as “Langdell”. The correct name is Langford.

  • Fixed Dr. Alex Zusak’s expert report to say “retained” instead of “obtained” by the Plaintiff.

  • Other grammatical fixes.

  • Fixed a typo in Dr. Alex Zusak's report where it says he "examined the label on the syringe" (Line 45). Zusak examined the label on the bottle; Exhibit 3 is an accurate depiction of the syringe.

  • Fixed a typo in Dr. Elias Hornby's affidavit where it says "from which I extracted the Lorazepam" (Line 79). Hornby did not fill the syringe himself, as is described elsewhere in his affidavit.

Update on 9.19.25:

  • Fixed Exhibit 2 (autopsy report) to show Arthur Henley's age as 77 and not 47.

  • Fixed Hornby affidavit: Added “Ketamine also comes in different concentrations. You see, I know from my years of being a doctor that the hospital gets regular shipments of drugs, like ketamine and lorazepam. While lorazepam is usually in relatively low concentrations, ketamine always comes in substantially higher concentrations. So if a syringe was filled with the same volume of lorazepam solution and ketamine solution, there would be a much higher dose of ketamine." (Lines 98-101)

  • Fixed Martin affidavit: Changed the names of Hornby's children to be consistent with the will.

  • Fixed Exhibit 2 and synopsis: Changed nephew to physician in the statement/synopsis of the case to address gender neutrality for Hornby.
