The Case (2024-2025) — International Mock Trial

Want to join our case committee?

Our 2024-2025 case will be drafted by a committee of four to 10 IMT competitors/first-year-out alumni.

Committee applications must be submitted no later than the last week of June 2024. Outstanding applicants will attend a video interview with members of the 2023-2024 case committee. The top applicants will be selected to join the 2024-2025 case committee.
The committee will be formed no later than the first week of July 2024.
The committee will submit their draft of the case no later than the third week of July 2024.
The case will be released no later than the first week of August 2024 (to allow six weeks of preparation for the September competition).
