Justice for Javelin defeats Apex in a 4-1 decision (+2, +2, +2, +2, -3).

The case: On August 17th, 2025, Kacy Howard, a stunt pilot, performed at the annual Supernova Air Showin Argine, Tilly. While performing, the aircraft Kacy flew malfunctioned, causing the plane to spiral out of control. Howard ejected out of the plane. The plane crashed into the ocean, 50 miles east from Argine Beach. The aircraft belonged to the Supernova Air Show. The air show alleges the damages were due to Howard’s reckless actions while performing. Howard denies all claims.
